Joel Smith

Out for Prelim Final
DMelbourne Demons
September 9, 2021
Smith (hamstring) will miss Friday's Preliminary Final.
Smith has only played three times all season and managed to pick up a hamstring issue in training just before this game. His absence shouldn't change much for one of the healthiest teams in the league and he'll hope the Dees survive another round so he has a chance to get back before the end of the season.

Offers little in Thursday's loss
DMelbourne Demons
September 3, 2020
Smith finished with just four disposals and two tackles in Thursday's 67-46 loss to Sydney.
Playing in his first game since early July, Smith offered very little in the way of statistical production, recording single-digit disposals once again. It has not been a great season for Smith who has played in only four games thus far. That brings his total career games to 15 despite the fact he has been in the league since 2015.
