Signs with Florida Atlantic
QBFlorida Atlantic
April 8, 2019
Anger transferred from Pearl River Community College to Florida Atlantic this winter and has been logging reps with the first-team offense during spring practices, Jake Elman of the Palm Beach Post reports.
ANALYSIS
With incumbent starter Chris Robison suspended indefinitely for violating team rules, Agner and Nick Tronti have been serving as the Owls' primary signal-callers this spring, with the latter seeing the bulk of the first-team reps. Agner, who began his career at Kent State before moving on to the JUCO ranks, seems to have closed the gap between himself and Tronti, and at least looks set to provide Florida Atlantic with some experienced depth under center.
