Mason Fine
QuarterbackQB
North Texas Eagles
2019 Fantasy Outlook
Fine is coming off his second-straight season with at least 3,500 passing yards and 27 touchdowns. He’s losing his offensive coordinator and his second-leading receiver, but North Texas added a respected offensive mind in ex-Eastern Washington offensive coordinator Bodie Reeder. Fine also two of his top three receivers coming back, including 1,000-yard receiver Rico Bussey. It’s worth noting that Fine cut down his mistakes as a junior, too, trimming his interception count from 15 to five while improving his completion percentage and YPA. Fine’s experience and team context make him one of the safer quarterbacks in the fantasy landscape Read Past Outlooks
Throws two TDs
QBNorth Texas
September 23, 2019
Fine went 15-for-22 for 195 yards and two touchdowns against UTSA on Saturday.
ANALYSIS
This was an efficient day, but the Mean Green got out to a big early lead so Fine got pulled. However, this has been a lackluster season for Fine by his own standards. He hasn't thrown for more than two touchdowns against an FBS team this year.

Fine took a big step forward in 2017, playing in his first full season under center. He passed for 4,052 yards along with 31 touchdowns and a 63.4 percent completion percentage. Fine has the starting job locked down for the upcoming season, and he'll also have his top weapons, Michael Lawrence and Jalen Guyton returning at wideout. Fine figures to see plenty of opportunities to make plays, as a part of an offensive unit that averaged 297 passing yards and 38 passing attempts per game in 2017.
